SERVICE DETAILS

1. Wastebaskets and other trash receptacles will be emptied and all trash removed from building to designated area
2. Clean front lobby daily, sweep front sidewalk and clean windows
3. Wipe clean smudges on metal work
4. Clean with damp cloth all glass desks
5. Clean furniture & appliances
6. Desktops will be washed when left clear of papers and miscellaneous items
7. Desk and office furniture will be dusted. All dustin performed with specially treated cloths
8. Carpets vacuumed and spot cleaned as needed
9. Traffic areas spot cleaned to remove spillage and foreign matter with specially treated cloths
10. Composition floors thoroughly dust mopped with specially treated dust mops
11. Plastic wastebaskets liners installed and replaced as necessary.
12. All wastebasket  and chairs will be returned to proper position and papers and folders left on desks not to be moved or touched.
13. Spot clean doors, door frames and around wall switches removing fingerprints and smudges.
14. Spot clean interior glass partitions for smudges and fingerprints
15. Drinking fountains cleaned, sanitized and polished.
16. Clean all interior public corridors.
17. Clean kitchen countertops, floors.
18. Windows finger spot cleaned.

MONTHLY SERVICE

1. Light fixtures and picture frames dusted.
2. Dust mini-blinds.
3. Vacuum upholstered furniture.
4. Wipe clean all metal furniture.
5. Perform high dusting as required and to include ceiling and wall vents, areas surrounding vents, high moldings, tops of partitions and door sashes or where dust will accumulate.
6. Windowsills, ledges and louvers dusted.
7. Low reach areas, such as baseboards and inside of doorjambs, dusted.

QUARTERLY/YEARLY SERVICE

1. Scrub, wax and buff all composition floors per year
2. Plastic furniture wiped clean.
3. All wood furniture polished.
4. Wash lights year, wash venetian, wash concrete, ceramic
5. Shampoo carpet

RESTROOM/LOCKER ROOM

1. Pour hot water down floor drains to prevent sewer gases and odors from escaping.
2. Maintain and monitor inventory of supplies (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels and liners).
3. Spot clean walls and around wash basins for fingerprints and smudges.
4. Thoroughly wash and sanitize all restroom floors.
5. All mirrors and dispensers cleaned and polished. Refill toilet tissue, paper towel, seat cover, soap and paper
6. All metal work and plumbing fixtures cleaned and polished
7. Clean and sanitize wash basins using a non-abrasive cleaner, rinse and wipe dry.
8. Toilet seats, top and underside, thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.
9. Clean and sanitize all toilet bowls and urinals, removing any stains and keeping free of scale.
10. Empty and replace insert of sanitary napkin containers.
11. Empty and clean all waste paper receptacles.
